Is this the end of growth?
To me, the glass is always half full. A sense of optimism is a core philosophy that has always guided my life. At the same time, I’m incredibly open minded, so when Richard Heinberg suggested that we’re reaching the end of economic growth, I listen. Richard makes a compelling argument that it’s energy, not money that’s the driving force of our economy; and due to our poor energy literacy as a society, “it makes it easy for us collectively to go to sleep and assume our future will be more of the same, when in fact there is danger ahead.” Listen to Richard’s wake up call….
