One of the correlations that I see amongst super successful people is that they almost always have a coach. A thinking partner who they trust and who brings a fresh set of eyes to an interesting problem or opportunity that they maybe facing. I’ve had my share of amazing coaches who’ve helped shape the person I am today, but never before have I been around such a diverse collection of incredible minds who expand my thinking each waking moment. I’m just blessed to have the opportunity to share their brilliance with everyone who tunes in to our Think Together’ broadcasts.
Stanford Professor and executive coach, Carole Robin is one of those rare individuals who has the gift of making everyone around her better. She’s a coach who’s “all about helping people thrive, one person at a time.” Spend 30 seconds with Carole and you walk away with 10 times the confidence you had when you started; largely because she understand YOU – the person. She’s great because her fundamental philosophy is the fact that ‘People do business with people”, not ideas or machines. Therefore, it’s her focus on interpersonal dynamics that unlocks the greatness within each of us.
Here’s a glimpse of her brilliance….
