As human beings, we get far more satisfaction in giving than receiving. The opportunity to uplift others, contribute to those less fortunate and nurture our own spirits is the greatest gift that money will never buy. However, as Baylor University professor, James Roberts points out, we’re Clearly a society seeking happiness in all the wrong places. We continue to be addicted to material possessions and personal debt ratios are reaching uncontrollable levels. The statistics are alarming; but Dr. Roberts has some compelling ideas.
