Adam Alter’s book, Drunk Tank Pink, is highly engaging and starts an important conversation about the subtleties that we tend to ignore; but in the end, truly shape our thinking and behavior. As the title implies, colors, for example, certainly influence our judgment – when we have an important meeting, we’re likely to wear black or blue; when it’s romance we’re after, it’s almost always red, and if we’re seeking a sense of calmness, it’s most likely green.
