Today, as a parent and an employer of bright and ambitious millennials, I’m working hard to create an environment that rewards ingenuity and imagination. I am particularly drawn to this generation because of their infectious energy and altruistic yearning to make the world a better place. Having embraced the brilliant work of Harvard’s Tony Wagner, we’re creating a culture anchored around Tony’s Seven Survival Skills, starting with a greater focus on asking tougher questions more often.
